INTEL Intelligence System
The Intelligence System is designed for use by investigators. It is interactive with CASE, CISCO's Investigative Case Tracking system. See the description for CASE for information about the functionality contained in that system.
Intelligence captures information on persons, including all identifying information (including mugshots when enabled), Tattoos (with up to 6 photos when enabled), Appearance, M.O. Information (Premise, Attack and Action), and Aliases. When enabled, a video of this person can be viewed.
Preformatted Inquiries include Multi Criteria Search and Query Builder, a Multi File, Multi Criteria Search.
Three preformatted reports are currently provided: Listing by Name, Listing by ID Number, Individual Detail Listing.
Drug Information records Offender Name, Offense, Date Of Offense, Drug Type, Quantity, Value, Evidence (Y/N), Confiscation Method, Remarks, and a photo when enabled. Up to 999 records can be entered for a single investigation.
Inquiries include Multi Criteria Search, and Drug Tree View.
Reports are Drug Listing by Date, Drug Listing by Type.
Gang Information captures the Gang Name, Leader, Colors, Turf/Grid area where located, and the Number of Members.

Report is Gang Listing by Date.
Gang Member information maintains data on each gang member. Identifying data of Name, DOB, Ethnicity, Height/Weight, SSN, Contact Information, and a photo when enabled.

Reports are Gang Member Listing by Gang and Individuals by Gang.
Alias Information is the Master Alias Index that inquires into the Aliases entered in the Intelligence Module.

Reports are Alias Listing by Name, Alias Listing by Alias, Alias Listing by Maiden Name.
Accomplices links person relationships to the Investigation. Data provided are: Identifying data, Contact information, photo when enabled.

Reports are Accomplice Listing by Name, Accomplice Listing by Accomplice.
Vehicle Information records vehicles involved in the Investigation. A photo can be included when enabled.

Reports are Vehicle Listing by Name, Vehicle Listing by Make and Model.
Boat Information records boats involved in the Investigation. A photo can be included when enabled.
Inquiries include Multi Criteria Search, and Boat Tree View.
Reports are Boat Listing by Name, Boat Listing by Make and Model.
Plane Information records planes involved in the Investigation. A photo can be included when enabled.
Inquiries include Multi Criteria Search, and Plane Tree View.
Reports are Plane Listing by Name, Plane Listing by Make and Model.
Seizure Information Records Seizure of user-specified information, with Quantity, Value, Evidence (Y/N), Method of Confiscation, Date of Seizure, Primary Officer, Location, Remarks. Includes Forfeiture of Seized Property with Date Filed, Date Awarded, Costs, Disposition and Disposition Date, and Forfeiture Value. Up to 6 images can be included, when enabled.

Reports are Seizure Listing by Name, Seizure Listing by Type.
Sources is for informant information related to a specific investigation. Identifying data, including photo when enabled, Primary Officer, Amount Paid, Account Used for Payment, Rating of Information from this source (Very Accurate, Mostly Accurate, Partly Accurate, Inaccurate).

Report is Drug and Vice Source Listing by Name.
Informant Information keeps master records for each informant, with photo when enabled, ID information, and Reliability Rating. Inquiries include Multi Criteria Search, and Informant Tree View.
Reports are Informant Listing by Name, Informant Listing by Reliability.
Personnel Processing is CISCOs standard Personnel System (see CAPS, JAMS, A-CAD or EMS for description of this system).
